How long before my order will ship?

Your order will ship 7 to 10 business days from the date you placed your order. Tracking information will be provided once it does ship.

What is the quality of the DVDs?

All DVDs are standard definition, taken from HD sources. We are constantly searching out events for the best quality format.  We ensure that each transfer is done with quality in mind.  No short-cuts. We use two-pass encoding to convert video files to DVD format.  We then burn at the slowest speeds to maintain the product quality. Certain products are available in HD on USB drives only.

Is Buyer Protection available on my purchase?

Do you accept returns?

A.

While we make every effort to ensure the quality of our product, occasionally an order will have a defective DVD.  We accept returns only on defective DVDs.  There is a 155 restocking fee on non defective DVDs.  Please contact us for further information.

Do DVDs come in cases or a box?

A.

No, currently all DVDs come in plain white paper sleeves. We are currently looking into providing cases for our DVDs. Nothing we sell has been released. We only charge for our time, supplies, shipping and wear and tear on our machines. We make no claim of ownership to what is contained on the DVDs.
